We store your conversations and documents so Galaxial can remember them for you. We don't sell your data, we don't use it to train AI models, and you can ask us to delete everything at any time.
The whole point of Galaxial is memory — so we need to store your conversations and documents to make that work. We don't collect anything we don't need.
Only you. We use a small number of trusted third-party services to run Galaxial (like our cloud host and payment processor), but none of them can read your conversations or documents.
We use minimal cookies — only what's necessary to keep you logged in. No advertising cookies, no tracking.

Account data is retained for the duration of your account plus 30 days following deletion. Usage logs are retained for 90 days. You may request immediate deletion at any time.
Data may be processed by sub-processors located outside the European Economic Area. All transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
You have the right to: access your personal data; rectify inaccurate data; erasure ("right to be forgotten"); portability; restriction of processing; object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@galaxial.app. EU/UK residents may lodge complaints with their local supervisory authority.
User content is processed by third-party AI inference providers to deliver the Service. User data is not used to train AI models. No solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects are made about users.
We use strictly necessary cookies for session management. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are used.
Material changes to this policy will be communicated via email to registered users with at least 14 days notice prior to taking effect.
